Metro Guard Termite & Pest Control is a family owned business started in 1991. We have grown faster than most local pest control companies because our philosophy is different from most. We differ from our competition in these areas:

• We don’t send a salesman – we send a technician ready to work. Our technicians are trained to identify and solve pest problems. They will discuss your options and their cost, then complete the job to your satisfaction while he’s there. That means just one appointment and one person to feel comfortable about. We don’t send a salesperson to your home to sell you something first, then rely on notes and work order forms that someone else has to follow. With many other companies you do not know who will show up after the salesman leaves.
• Appointment times are on the hour because your time is important. Our appointments are scheduled on the hour so you don’t have to wait around all morning or afternoon. We work hard to be on time as often as possible and we know that you would appreciate a call when we’re running behind. We understand the importance of communicating with you and being available for your calls. We have extended office hours to answer your calls from 7am to 9pm M-F & 7am to 4pm on Saturday – with a live person ready to help you. Other companies may not have these extended hours or they use a messaging service.
