Metro Guard Control Services

Texas has a fair share of pests and rodents. Years ago our customers requested programs that covered most all pest problems. They wanted regular service that would help prevent bugs from entering their homes. Today, we have thousands of customers that opt for our packaged services because they found it less expensive and much more comprehensive for the money. Many people find that treating each individual pest as they enter can be challenging and costly. Our annual agreement programs provide a discounted and fixed cost for the pests that are most common in Texas.

Metro Guard offers two programs that require an annual agreement. The annual agreement provides several benefits to you such as:

1. Bundled pricing and discounts
2. One year warranty
3. No charge re-treatments if necessary
4. Full coverage for most every insect and pest

5. Additional preventative services
6. Reminders when service is due
7. Assigned service technician in most cases
8. Convenient billing options and payment schedules

Here is the service we provide for both the Standard Control and the Control Plus:

Complete inside and outside inspection of the home or structure
Thorough inside treatment of accessible baseboards, closets, plumbing areas, doorways and attached garages
Thorough attic inspection for insects and rodents
Treatment of any rodent problems found in attic
Attic dusting to control existing attic insects and to prevent future insects such as spiders and silverfish
Outside power spray – a medium pressure outdoor treatment extending 10-12 feet from the structure
Treatments of doorways and most outside fixtures
All services are provided quarterly or as needed
Transferable if you move within our service area – or transfer to new owner

These services combined with the long list of covered insects shown below are bundled together for a substantial savings. Without the annual agreement, these services individually would be two or three times more expensive.

Both our Standard Control and Control Plus come with the same quarterly service. The difference in price reflects the insects that are covered by the warranty for your home or other structure. Here is a side by side comparison:
